We invite all European IPsyNet representatives to this annual meeting!

In particular, we are planning a workshop entitled "Networking with European IPsyNet Members" under the direction of Prof. Dr. Mechthild Kiegelmann. The aim of this workshop is to strengthen the European cooperation of IPsyNet members.

Therefore, we ask all interested IPsyNet representatives to prepare the following:

Important Notes:

  1. The symposium takes place in German - except for the networking workshop (“Networking with European IPsyNet Members”). We are looking for people to make a whisper translation during the workshops and lectures, but it is not a professional simultaneous interpretation.
  2. We have reserved some rooms exclusively for IPsyNet representatives. However, we have limited capacities overall. Therefore, the registration is valid only after confirmation.  We recommend waiting to book tickets or make travel arrangements until after you have recieved confirmation from us.
  3. Some financial support for the conference fees as well as the costs for accommodation (including full board) is available from the Arcus fund of IPsyNet. So far, we can cover the costs of a maximum of six people (per person € 150-200).
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a travel allowance. However, should we receive additional funding, we would like to support you in proportion with the estimated travel costs. If you have any other sources of funding, please use them!
  5. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask Fabian Müller (muenchen@vlsp.de)

We are really looking forward to you!
